Takes responsibility for allocated Key Account Customers, which must be adhered to. (These routes will only be changed with the prior approval of the Sales Manager.)
Ensuring entire portfolio of company products are offered to customers and sold in a timely manner when out on the trade
Assists in Route Sales in taking orders when necessary to ensure that the store is adequately supplied with stock (avoiding ‘out of stock’ situations.) (Orders should be placed with Customer Service or Billing Clerk.)
Ensures that other competitor’s products are not located on our shelf.
Attends all Sales meetings
Ensures that all Daily Report Sheets, Work Sheets and Traveling Forms are properly completed and signed.
Provides competitive information as and when required by Sales and Marketing Department.
Ensures that when communicating with Customers, language is courteous and professional at all times.
Communicates daily with supervisors and ensures that they can be reached via their mobile phones in case of emergencies within working hours.
Any other tasks related to the job function as assigned by Manager
Collect Cash / Cheque from customers for timely settlement of accounts
Liaise with cashier at SM Jaleel and Company Limited to enter cash/ cheque into system
Degree in Business Management, Marketing or related field
