The “Hot Summer Wheels” Promotion (“the Competition”) will run from 19th May 2023 to 25th August 2023. The sponsors of the Competition are S.M.J. Procurement & Marketing Inc. and Facey Commodity Company Limited (“the Sponsors”).
The closing date for entries to the Competition shall be 25th August 2023 at 8:00am (AST). Late entries shall not be accepted.
In order to participate in the Competition, persons must purchase the “Products” listed in Clause 4 below, in any size, then send the 8-digit code printed on the bottle to the respective Whatsapp number (see Clause 5 below) or via https://woobox.com/BJ4S7P along with their name and mobile number. Participants must keep the bottle(s) with the matching code(s) as proof.
The “Product” is determined based on the country in which the participant resides:

Participants must enter their accurate contact information as prizes shall be re-allotted if winners of the weekly prizes are unable to be contacted after reasonable steps are taken to do so within thirty (30) days after the respective draw.
Any personal information that participants share with the Sponsors pursuant to the Competition will be kept secure and only used in line with these terms and conditions. Only valid entries shall be counted in the drawing of the winners. Accordingly, the accurate 8-digit code found on the bottle of the Product must be used in order to constitute a valid entry.
Participation in the Competition is open to persons of all ages in the following countries: Jamaica, Guyana, Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, St. Lucia, St. Maarten, Belize, Dominica, St. Vincent, and Curacao.
Winners will be selected at random. The Sponsors’ decision shall be final.
The grand prize draw is carded to take place on 25th August 2023 where one (1) winner will receive a 2023 Honda HRV.
There will be weekly draws for minor prizes on each Friday for the duration of the promotion. These weekly draws shall commence on 16th June 2023. For each weekly draw, there will be eight (8) winners of Two Hundred United States Dollars (USD $200.00) or the local equivalence and two (2) winners shall win Amazon gift cards valued at One Hundred United States Dollars (USD $100.00) each.
Employees of the Sponsors and stakeholders of the Competition, as well as employees of all subsidiaries and affiliate companies of the Sponsors and stakeholders of the Competition shall not be eligible to enter the Competition.
In order to claim any prize, winners shall be required to provide at least one (1) valid form of photo identification. In the event that the grand prize winner is under the age of majority (eighteen (18) years of age), written consent from a parent/legal guardian, along with at least one (1) valid form of photo identification shall be required in order to claim the prize.
The winner of the grand prize (or his/her parent/legal guardian, if applicable) agrees that upon winning the said prize, the Sponsors shall make the necessary arrangements to source and ship the 2023 Honda HRV to the winner’s country of residence, all costs to be borne by the Sponsors. Accordingly, the winner (or his/her parent/legal guardian, if applicable) agrees to not hold the Sponsors liable for any unreasonable delays which are beyond the control of the Sponsors.
Any deviation from the rules and/or attempt to manipulate the outcome of the prize will result in disqualification.
Acceptance of prizes offered constitutes permission to use the winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation. Where the winner is under the age of majority, express parental consent shall be required for use of the minor’s name and/or likeness for the purposes aforementioned.
No cash alternative shall be available for any prize unless stated otherwise.
Prizes are non-transferable in whole or in part and shall not be assigned.
If the grand prize is not claimed within three (3) months after the winner is contacted, the grand prize shall be deemed forfeited.
The Sponsors reserve the right to modify, supplement or cancel all or part of the Competition without notice at any time.
By entering the Competition, the participant/ his or her parent or legal guardian indemnifies, releases and agrees to hold harmless the Sponsors and their affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, representatives, shareholders, employees, successors and assigns, from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation, property damage, personal injury, arising from participating in the Competition, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any prize claimed pursuant to the Competition.
By entering the Competition, all participants are deemed to have read and understood the aforementioned rules.
